  • 3-4 pineapple chunks
  • 1oz fresh lime juice
  • 1oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • Diet soda water
  • Ice

Blend kiwi, pineapple, mint, citrus and sugar until smooth

Strain through fine sieve into glass over ice
