How fast will I feel the effects?

Effects vary from person to person. Timing can vary depending on metabolism, whether you’ve eaten, and your THC sensitivity. We recommend starting slow and giving your body time to respond.

How much should I drink?

If you’re new to THC, we suggest you start slow. Sip, pause, and notice how you feel before deciding to pour more. Each person’s response is different, and starting low supports a more intentional experience.

Can I drink more than one serving?

You can — but take it slow. Highpour is crafted for balance. Pouring too much too quickly may intensify effects beyond what feels enjoyable.

Will I fail a drug test after drinking Highpour?

Possibly. Highpour contains THC, which may be detected on a drug test. If you are subject to testing, consult your employer or testing agency before consuming.

What makes Highpour different from cannabis edibles or smoking?

Unlike edibles or smoking, Highpour is a sip-based format with lower doses and smoother onset. It’s designed for social settings and intentional rituals, letting you control your experience glass by glass.

How is this different from CBD?

CBD is non-psychoactive — it doesn’t alter your mental state. THC is psychoactive, creating a noticeable shift in mood and awareness. Highpour embraces that shift in a grounded, enjoyable way.

Shipping & Orders

Is Highpour legal where I live?

Highpour is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but some states restrict hemp-derived THC. We only ship to U.S. jurisdictions where it is permitted. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Do you ship to me?

At checkout, our system automatically confirms whether shipping to your address is permitted under local laws. If shipping isn’t available in your area, you won’t be able to complete your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States to eligible addresses. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or carrier pick-up locations.

Who fulfills my order?

All purchases are processed and shipped by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. Highpour itself does not sell or ship directly. Licensed retailers are responsible for product selection, pricing, order acceptance, and fulfillment.

What do I need to know about delivery?

  • All deliveries require the signature of an adult 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
  • Packages cannot be left unattended.
  • If no eligible recipient is available, carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. After that, the order will be returned. Reshipments or refunds in these cases may be subject to additional fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

What if I pre-order?

For limited releases or new products, you may see pre-orders available. Payment is charged at the time of order, and fulfillment may take up to 60 business days. If delays occur, you’ll receive an updated delivery estimate via email.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final once fulfilled. Retailers may, at their discretion, issue refunds or reshipments for damaged, misdelivered, or incorrect items. Undeliverable packages may be subject to fees ($25 for refunds or $40 for reshipments).

Cancellation requests must be submitted to orders@highpour.com before your order ships, but cannot be guaranteed.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

When you set up a subscription, you’re agreeing to recurring deliveries at the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each shipment as it processes.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew until you choose to cancel. You’re in full control — skip a shipment, adjust your frequency, or cancel anytime through your Highpour account dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Highpour account dashboard, up to 48 hours before your next shipment is scheduled. Cancellations can only be made after your first recurring charge (your second order). If you need help, contact us at support@highpour.com.

What happens if prices change?

Subscription costs may vary over time due to changes in product pricing or shipping rates. You’ll always see the updated amount before your order processes.

Can I update my subscription?

Yes. You can update your shipping address, payment method, or swap products/flavors in your account dashboard. Just make sure to make changes at least 48 hours before your next order processes.

Will I be reminded before I’m charged?

Yes. We’ll email you before each shipment so you have time to make changes or updates.
