Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle the delivery and return of Highpour products ordered through our website.

Shipping Eligibility

We ship solely to jurisdictions within the United States where hemp-derived THC beverages are permitted by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws. Eligibility will be confirmed at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or carrier pick-up locations.

Order Fulfillment

All purchases are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. By purchasing through our site, you acknowledge that your transaction is with those licensed retailers, and that Highpour and AccelPay act solely as facilitators. Licensed retailers are responsible for product selection, pricing, order acceptance or rejection, and fulfillment.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. Highpour and AccelPay are not liable for lost, unprocessed, or mishandled orders.

Delivery Requirements

All deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older with valid government-issued identification. Packages cannot be left unattended. If no eligible recipient is available, carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to the retailer. Reshipments and refunds in these cases are subject to additional fees.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within an additional 3–8 business days, depending on destination. Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases for new or limited-time products. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Pre-order fulfillment may take up to 60 business days. If delays occur, customers will be contacted via email with an updated delivery estimate.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final once fulfilled. Licensed retailers may, at their sole discretion, issue refunds or reshipments in cases of damage, misdelivery, or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements for undeliverable packages may incur fees, including:

  • $25 undeliverable package fee (deducted from any refund), or
  • $40 reshipment fee (includes both reshipping and undeliverable package costs).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Requests for cancellations must be submitted to orders@highpour.com before an order has shipped, but cannot be guaranteed.
