  • Fresh espresso (cooled) 2 oz
  • Cinnamon syrup 3/4 oz
  • Orange blossom water 3-4 drops
  • Egg white (or aquafaba) 1
  • Sparkling water 1 oz
  • Orange peel
  • Ice

Combine Highpour, espresso, cinnamon syrup, orange blossom water, and egg white in shaker

Dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds

Add splash of sparkling water to chilled highball

Double strain cocktail on top slowly

Top with 1 oz more sparkling water carefully

Express orange oil and garnish with peel
